The company’s foundational history is rooted in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Zambia, where it was initially incorporated as GENNIZ ENGINEERING & ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS LTD, before merging with the U.S.-based business conglomerate the IIB-DG DEVELOPMENT GROUP INTERNATIONAL, leading to the formation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under a new name IIB-DG GENNIZ ENGINEERING HOLDINGS LTD.
